There are many clothing brands and shops in Budapest, Hungary to suit all tastes. For example, Aqua-tick is a clothing shop located next to St. Stephen's Basilica and the Central European University (CEU), so you can expect to encounter a steady stream of students at this downtown boutique featuring the whimsical clothing of two Hungarian designers.
If you enjoy bright colors, mod prints and retro accessories this is the place to go. If you're shopping for a special accessory, souvenir or gift the Balogh Kesztyu shop, located close to Vaci utca, is a great place to find handmade and hand-dyed leather gloves. Some of the men's gloves have shearling lining and the buttery ladies' models are lined with cashmere or wool. Close by to this shop is the Eclectick boutique, which bills itself as a Shop of Young Hungarian designers. It is stocked with hip and colorful creations from five young designers who also work on the second floor of the building.

One in three surveyed said they preferred a more traditional conservative approach, while half put price and comfort above fashion.
Nearly three-quarters of the trendy clothes shoppers indicated that they intended to spend the same or more than usual in the next 90 days on casual women's apparel.
