The Romanian newspaper Iibera has a story about how the famous pop singer Lady Gaga chose to wear fashion clothes created by a young Romanian designer Dinu Bodiciu. The two piece costume is part of the graduation collection of the young Romanian designer for his master's degree in Fashion Design and Technology at the Fashion College of London.

The Fashion College is a famous London institution that gives its students an annual opportunity to show off their work in school-organized fashion shows. Dinu said he was still in shock that Lady Gaga would chose his design and he hopes that the publicity will help him in his attempts to organize a fashion show in Romania with his graduation collection. His works were also well received by fashion critics in London.

Everybody knows how to dress in fashion. This is quite simple. You subscribe to several fashion magazines, flip through, get out your credit card, and go online. Look for some discount sites and piss your cash away. Wait for the mail to come and chuck it in your closet because the next trend is in, and your old clothes are ugly.

Sketch your idea. Make sure it is original and creative.

Enroll in a competition. Start out small. If you can win, you have the potential. If you win, you will win more and end up at the top, leading the world and deciding what gets thrown out and what stays in.

For many of the fashion designers that are growing and developing in Romania, there is what is called the Romanian Fashion Week. The Romanian fashion week is the ultimate time during the year that fashion designers can showcase their latest apparel fashion collections. This happens only once a year, and describes to the public and the fashion industry in Romania of the new trends, styles and fashionable ideas that will emerge for the coming season.
